Rumor Im hearing is we are completely sold out of season tickets and now have a waiting list of 7,000 people. Each person on the wait list has to pay $100 a year to remain on the list. Apparently Manitoban's were starved for NHL hockey.

Season ticket wait lists got capped at 8000! $50 fee to sign up, $100 a year after to stay on the list, although the yearly fee can be applied to the cost of the tickets once you get the call. http://www.montrealgazette.com/Priciest+season+tickets+sell+Winnipeg/4894535/story.html
Crazy that they even had to cap a wait list (even the PIT doesn't do that)!
