Im noticing a trend that guys will just stick their team in the bottom division, regardless of their skill level and then just hope for the best when it comes to being slotted in a divison lower than they should be in.🤔

We will root them out Travers! But yes, teams should try to place themselves as best as possible in the correct division/skill level.
