Good luck to the four Winnipeg Teams (and pseudo Winnipeg Team the Kitchener Stampeders) in their quest to win the national tournament. Each of the five teams are ranked in the top twenty in Canada, a testament to the talent level in Manitoba!

Well...Winnipeg didn't fare well.

Doggs and Iced Earth were relegated early in the tournament dashing their national championship dreams. Both teams were eliminated in their first game in Tier 2. The Ottawa Nationals felled Iced Earth, and the Montreal Big Doggs stole the Doggs moniker Monday.

Polk High went 3-0 in Tier 2 but were also relegated in game 1 of playoffs as they lost their crossover game vs the Scarborough Raiders. Rebels were relegated to Tier 4 and made it to the championship game versus the Thunder Bay Spartans but couldn't bring home the hardware either.

Hamilton Piranhas won the National Championship completing their three-peat.

Indoor training sessions start Friday when we start indoor.

Great tourney! The boys in green had an amazing time in Hamilton. Can't wait for next year!!

twas a blast!!! always is.

even when we weren't playing we found ways to 'get involved' in our other Winnipeg teams games.

We were happy to help Owen drill single points with our relentless drinking and kickoff cheering on the sidelines.
