To all summer teams that are owed a default, please contact Scott to receive your default payment. Teams are owed $50 for each default against minus any defaults owed to the league. Only team captains may request a default fee and the request must include the date and team that defaulted. All defaults must be claimed by November 10th and only defaults from the Summer 2014 season are eligible for reimbursement. All other defaults are null and void.
Unfortunately we have run into difficulties with teams claiming defaults from years past and wanting it applied to current registration. Default payments were not tracked well previously thus we are only applying payment for this past summer. We apologize for any inconvenience but the new system should be good moving forward. Teams will not be able to apply payments to registration anymore but rather we will simply pay them out to teams to ensure better tracking.

We have already had a few inquiries, we can have the $50 cheque mailed out if you provide your mailing address, or for a $2.00 fee we can etransfer the funds. Please indicate all the requested information with all your communications.

No, playoff games are not included since you move on and get an additional game due to the default. We haven't made teams pay for defaults during the playoffs, and as you can imagine the squads are quite distraught after playing the entire the season to only give an opportunity for a title away!
Good question though.
