You would be stunned at the things we have seen while working on the fields. Some of our fields make nice hideout spots for city workers. While I can't paint a global picture of what city workers do, and the workers at Van Welleghem the other day helped us out considerably, I would say the city should have a better handle on what their workers are doing at any given time.
