The PIT is pleased to announce the offering its annual free ref clinic taught by two of Manitoba's most senior referees Cliff Kitchen and Brad Kelm. The PIT will be offering the in-class portion of the clinic on the evening of Wednesday May 1st and the on field practicum during the afternoon of Sunday May 5th (weather permitting). This year we will also be introducing the rules for flag football so both new and veteran refs will be encourage to attend. We will also be conducting a head refs clinic for those interested in learning to head ref. The clinic is not only informative but Brad and Cliff make learning the rules interesting!
Why attend the ref clinic? This is a very good way to make money while partaking in some football and fresh air. If you are looking to earn some extra cash on the evenings and weekends it does not get any better than this! Earn up to $37/game.
What we offer: High pay, extensive bonus system, fresh air, and a ticket to the the annual ref windup where the PIT execs take you out all-expenses paid! What other league does that for their refs?
When would you ref? Whenever and wherever you want. You set your own schedule.
Even if you do not want to ref, why not come out to the clinic to learn about the rules of touch football? The more that you know the more enjoyable your game day experience.
Here are the particulars for the FREE referee's clinic!
