The PIT would once again like to award all of those unsung heroes who chase around their teammates for registration money, ensure players get to the field, work around the schedules of others, deal with the day-to-day drama, and generally go gray with the joys of organizing recreational touch football. Without the captains of the record 138 indoor teams in the league the PIT would not exist. Team captains might not lead their respective divisions in points, TD passes, interceptions, or sacks, but they are the true all-stars and should be acknowledged as such.
What better way to honor our team captains than to invite all of them to our 4th annual captains all-star game? We have upped the ante this year by holding three separate games on Saturday February 16th. All team captains in attendance will be eligible to win some great swag from our sponsors. Team captains must register for the all-star game by Friday February 8th to be eligible for the game. To register, team captains should email Jon or Scott (emails found on the contacts page). All team captains who register will have their names placed on the homepage and on one of the six all-star teams created from that list.
Congratulations to each team captain who will represent their team in the 2013 all-star game!

A reminder that the last day to sign up for the All-Star Game is this Friday February 8th. Teams will be drawn up on the weekend for the all-star extravaganza taking place on February 16th. A complete list of captains participating can be found on the home page...get your name added if you haven't already!

Ideally the all-star teams will be up on the site either late Tuesday or early morning on Wednesday. Team captains should check the site to see what team they are playing for. The all-star game goes this coming Saturday at 10:15pm!

The teams have now been set for the 3rd annual Winter Indoor Team Captain All-Star game. Each of the record six all-star team rosters can be found here: http://www.pitfootball.com/divisions
All games will go at 10:30pm on Saturday, but all players should show up by 10:00pm to get your all-star shirts and to get organized. Players should head upstairs to the concourse on the 2nd floor to get your shirts and find your team. We will have a table set up with information for everyone.

A reminder that the team captain all-star game goes tonight at 10:30pm. All team captains should meet on the second floor concourse by 10:00pm to receive their all-star t shirts and take a team photo before their games!
Congrats to all of our team captains who put in the time and effort to run their teams and make the league as great as it is!

Great time at the all-star game tonight, hopefully everyone thought the same! Having some computer issues but once I get up and running there will be plenty of pics, analysis, and MVPs to discuss.

Thanks Damian, we finally got some pictures up from the all-star game with more coming tomorrow. Looks like everyone had a blast during the record three games and six all-star teams that were formed by all of our team captains.
