Some amazing games and individual performances in the PIT last night from those who braved the snow to make it out. Both of our 10:15 games went into overtime...and about a million converts. Beercats defeat Old Skool 28-27. Jay Hazelhurst scored for Old Skool but Jason Cassie and Daniel Harris from the Beercats put them on top...after twenty coverts!!!!

If you thought that was crazy the Rhinos defeated The Super Friends 22-21 after an uncountable number of converts...so many converts that it delayed the next game by almost 30 minutes! The crowd that gathered to watch the game and cheer for scores (and groan for misses) was unbelievable. Probably the most watched game in PIT history. Travers Cummings had a chance to seal the game after about 20 minutes but let the ball slip through his hands. Wasn't sure if the crowd was going to riot at that point! After about 5-6 more convert attempts for each side the Rhinos finally put a nail in the coffin when Steve Nabess caught the one point covert for victory. Not sure we will EVER see another convert game like that again. Made for a pretty late evening on field #2 after that.

Dream Team also upsets Iced Earth, The Tribe win in an barn-burner over exploding Katchulas, Steve Trinder trumps Nick Trinder in the grudge match of the night, Touched Downstairs defeats Da Beers by six, Venum out duals their nemesis All Night Wong, Mudhogs squeak by Full Force. Too many great games to list from last night! The PIT Twitter feed will have a lot to talk about this week.

A big thanks to our ref crew as well who all made it to the games with time to spare. We had 11 referees all brave the snow to ensure all the games were a go yesterday!

The Rhinos are looking for a receiver. Spot has graciously been paid for.

I'm a quarterback masquerading as a WR during fall indoor.
