The proprietor of the Grand Beach Tournament Brad Kelm went out to survey West Beach recently and the beach has yet to recover from the flooding. As a consequence, we will not have a place to play on the beach this year and the August 6th tournament will be canceled. West Beach is supposed to be rebuilt as part of the Grand Beach renovation project but will not be completed until next year. So unfortunately we will have to wait until next year for the football, party, arrests, etc that was the 2010 Grand Beach Tournament.

It was a crushing blow. Now I have to find a different beach to pass out on after playing football and examining the local resident bikini population, all while my teammate was in jail. I am sure this years Grand Beach Tournament would have went something like this:
