Thanks to some hard work and a little luck the PIT scored another great field in Island Lakes. Check out the location here: http://www.pitfootball.com/locations
Lindsey Wilson Park is a crowned field, with no goal posts so teams and/or refs will not have to pick up pads nor return them. There is also ample parking in the school lot adjacent to the field. Our newest field went into rotation last Monday. Check out the pictures of our new field here: http://www.pitfootball.com/albums/321-lindsey-wilson-park
That brings the total to 8 new fields put into rotation in the PIT in this year alone.

Lindsey Wilson field was used over the weekend to keep the games going in the PIT defying Mother Nature and all the rain she has delivered to Winnipeg over the past week. The PIT crew did more work touching up the lines, numbers and direction arrows. Check out the photos here: http://www.pitfootball.com/albums/322-lindsey-wilson-field

Lindsey Wilson Park was lined yesterday and looking pretty good. The field was rested for the better part of the season and has recovered nicely. Not many linings left as we go down the home stretch! Here are some pics of our field out in Island Lakes: http://www.pitfootball.com/albums/516-lindsey-wilson-park-august-13th-2012

Lindsey Wilson was lined for the first usage of 2013 last week, and here are some pictures of our handiwork: http://www.pitfootball.com/albums/580-edward-shindleman-wednesday-june-5th
The field is looking pretty good this season, with all the rain and the sun the grass is growing in quick. Unfortunately the city appears to have abandoned cutting the fields as we continually are held up with our linings as we are now cutting all the fields ourselves (not sure where all that extra money to rent fields is going!). To top things off we were caught in a rain shower mid field lining so this field took us a considerable amount of time and effort to complete. But we think the end result speaks for itself.
Enjoy

Lindsey Wilson was lined, cut and staked for the first time this season and we have to admit that it was one of the best lining jobs in PIT history. If you don't believe that check out the photos here...along with a few of our other favorite Lindseys! http://pitfootball.com/albums/740-lindsey-wilson-june-2015
Enjoy!
