There are two fields at Assiniboine Park that we will be using in July and August. Assiniboine Park Deer has been underwater for most of the summer thus far. This field is off Assiniboine Park Drive and will be usable once the field has dried up enough to line and play.
Currently, the schedule has Assiniboine Park Train listed. For those of you playing in the league since the beginning, we used this field quite a bit in our early years. The league was converted to soccer fields. We will once again be using this field this week and beyond. The field is near the Train at Assiniboine Park. The field is directly beside the Leaf. Park in the Leaf lot and you will be at the field! Assiniboine Park Train is a full-sized 7v7 football field with no goal posts. The field is located perpendicular to the soccer pitches between the Pavilion and the Leaf.
A great summer location for football! All part of the best game day experience in rec sports.
