Messages for Changes to the Schedule Request Form/Rosters

Due to the increasing number of schedule requests, there have been some changes that are included on the new schedule request form.
🏈 Division 1 players cannot be added to rosters as subs. Teams with Div 1 players as subs prefer not have them included in their divisional placement (they are subs after all!), however those players invariably end up playing, often in the playoffs which causes problems with divisional parity. Teams are requested to make a decision if any Div 1 players will be rostered. If a div 1 player is not a member of the regular roster please remove them.
🏈 Teams cannot include requests/conflicts for subs on their teams. If a player is listed as a sub, the league and your team does not need to work around requests. We had numerous teams in the Fall include the conflicts of subs who were not part of their regular team.
🏈 For team conflicts, please include the number of players who are conflicted. For example, The Jets (3), The Giants (1), etc.
The changes will help with accommodating the requests and conflicts for full-time paying members of a team. Any teams with Division 1 players listed as subs after Friday's deadline will have those players removed from the roster. If you would like to retain those players, remove the sub designation and the team's divisional placement will reflect the entire roster.
We are trying to streamline the request process and make it easier to provide the best schedule possible game day experience for you and your team. We request that teams prioritize and minimize requests as much as possible.
