It is official! PIT Football has partnered with Football Manitoba. In addition to co-organizing the hugely successful Fall/Winter u18 indoor leagues, PIT Football will fall under the "Active for Life" component of Football Manitoba's long term athlete development (LTAD) pathway for non-contact adult football players. 🏈
We envision this pathway to include the promotion of PIT to everyone from recreational players, to national events such as the Canadian Flag Football League (CFFL) and Collegiate Nationals, all the way to the Olympics! 🥇
It has been 30 years (you read that right) since Football Manitoba has officially partnered with any non-contact adult league. We figure it was about time to change that! 🧾✒️ Canada's largest touch and flag football league is about to get even bigger!
Another PIT milestone. Hard to believe the league started over a few (many) drinks as a way to play a few extra games in the off season, to a provincially partnered program running Canada's largest touch and flag football league. We owe it all to our membership. As always, we will offer the best game day experience in recreational sports to the best membership in the nation.
