Canada's largest coffee chain has teamed up with Canada's largest touch and flag football league to offer our membership weekly prizes. Gift certificates for coffee and donuts will be given out each week to one of our PIT officials. We highlight the newest Tim Horton's location at 614 Lagimodiere at Fermor, who presented the PIT with gift certificates valid at any Tim Horton's location. We will continue to offer the best game day experience to our record number of Winter teams!

If you have an official you would like to nominate to be the Tim Hortons Official of the Week, contact us and they could be the next winner.

Our first official was nominated for his great effort in Week 1. Martial Desrosiers head refs both flag and touch football and will be seen all season long reffing everything from the high school flag games to the Division 1 touch games.

Maybe we will see Martial reffing NFL games soon!

Congrats Martial, a gift certificate will be attached to a future game card!

Our second official was nominated by his arch-nemeses this past weekend, which goes to show what a good job officiating he must have had! Owen Nagy is our head of officials and has officiated in both local and national tournaments. His experience will be on display all season!

Does Owen over-explain things? Start the countdown Kitchener Stampeders football style, 10-9-8...

Congrats Owen, a gift certificate will be attached to a future game card!

Our third Tim Horton’s official of the week is Brent Sliwiany. Brent had a couple of teeth broken playing basketball prior to his last outing and yet still showed up and officiated a couple of flag games before heading back to get his teeth fixed. Now that is dedication to the sport! Not only that, but Brent was elected into the touch football Hall of Fame this past year in the officials category!

Could Brent be the toughest ref in the PIT?

Congrats Brent, you will have a Tim Horton’s gift certificate waiting for you!
