Some crazy finishes and down to the wire races punctuated an incredible Winter season. While there are still a few regular season games to be played next weekend most divisions finished up yesterday and we have the tiebreakers for the divisions below. Playoffs begin next weekend and will culminate in the championships Saturday March 10th. To view the tiebreaker rules you can check out this link: http://www.pitfootball.com/indoor-rules-2

Coed Division 1:
Connor McDavids (1) Joeys Old Wood (2) Dillos North (3) bye
Tom Bradycardia (4) vs Dumb Lit (5)
Joey’s Old Wood take the second seed over Dillos North due to their better +/- vs common opponents (+11) (Dillos, +1). Tom Bradycardia wins the fourth seed also due to their better +/- vs common opponents (-7) (Dumb Lit, -12). The tiebreaker rule for an unbalanced schedule was used because neither team played one another during the regular season

Coed Division 2:
Flea Flickers (1), #Dumbthicc (2) bye
Wildfox (3) vs You Shall Not Pass (6)
There’s No Crying In Baseball (4) vs Dillos South (5)
We had a four-way tie for top spot in the Division 2 coed. Since none of the teams played each other and the schedule was unbalanced with no common opponents across all four teams, overall +/- was used to separate the teams.

WHSFL Flag Football Division 1:
Trojans (White) (1) bye
Trojans (Green) (2) vs Steinbach Sabres (3)
Sisler Red (4) vs St. Johns Tigers (5)
Trojans Green grabs the second seed because of their head-to-head victory vs Steinbach in the regular season. Sisler Red secures the fourth seed by defeating St. Johns head-to-head. Trojans (White) will play the winner of the Sisler Red/St. Johns Tigers quarterfinal game.

WHSFL Flag Football Division 2:
Grant Park Pirates (1) Trojans Grey (2) bye
Garden City All Stars (3) vs Maples Marauders (6)
Grant Park Buccaneers (4) vs Sisler Black (5)
A three-way tie for first place, however Garden City was bumped to the bottom spot due to not fielding a team game #1, Grant Park then grabs first place overall due to their better +/- vs common opponents (-23) compared to the Trojans (Grey) (-45).

Division 1:
Guild of Calamitous Intent (1) vs Knights (2)
Team MB Flag will not participate in the playoffs.

Division 2:
Beerhawks (1) bye
Horde (2) vs Meat’s Pizzeria (3)
Meat’s Pizzeria grabs the last spot in Division 2 by having the better +/- vs common opponents (-31) compared to the Herd (-51). The tiebreaker rule for an unbalanced schedule was used because neither team played one another during the regular season.

Division 3:
The Herd (1) bye
You Belicheck Yoself (2) vs Kings (3)
The Herd is relegated to Division 3 because of their worse +/- vs common opponents (-51) compared to Meat’s Pizzeria (-31). Neither team played one another during the regular season so the tiebreaker system for an unbalanced schedule was used to break the tie. You Belicheck Yoself takes the second seed by their head-to-head victory vs the Kings in the regular season.

Division 4:
Division has yet to be decided, seeding will be determined after the final games this weekend.

Division 5:
Ducks (1) vs Superheros (4)
#D1Bound vs Cirrhosis (3)
Ducks get the top seed due to their head-to-head victory over #D1Bound during the regular season.

Division 6:
Fall Ballers (1) vs Brewers (4)
Dez Dropped It (2) vs The Tribe (3)
A three-way tie between the Tribe, Brewers, and Patiala for third-place meant that one of the teams would not be in playoff contention. Each team had identical 1-1 records head-to-head so +/- in those games had to be used. The Tribe take third place (+12) (Brewers -6, Patiala -6). With the Tribe securing a playoff spot, the tiebreaker system reverts to the start so head-to-head games settled the final spot with the Brewers edging into the playoffs due to their victory over Patiala Island on the last game of the season. Crazy finish to this division will set up a great playoff.

Division 7:
The D (1) vs Can’t Cut List
C’Mon Man (2) vs MegaPowers
Perhaps the best division in the Winter had four-teams (MegaPowers, Can’t Cut List, Fail Mary, Filthy Few) tied for third place and only four points separating the top from the bottom, which meant some very creative tiebreakers. Head to head in the games between the four teams had both the MegaPowers and Can’t Cut List securing 2-1 records and thus moving on to the playoffs (Fail Mary and Filthy Few 1-2 records). MegaPowers gets the third seed by defeating Can’t Cut List head-to-head in the regular season. Parity at its finest.

Division 8:
Bills Mafia (1) vs Average Sized Giants (4)
Barracudas (2) vs the Squad (3)
Another four-way tie (Bills Mafia, Average Sized Giants, Squad, Barracudas), this time for first place! Bills Mafia and Barracudas both have the better head-to-head records (2-1), with Bills Mafia taking first place due to their head-to-head victory over the Barracudas. Average Sized Giants and the Squad secure the final two playoff spots with the Squad finishing third due to their head-to-head victory over Average Sized Giants. The playoff seeding is pretty much a misnomer in this division as any team is capable to beating another with no clear favorites heading into the playoffs!

Division 9:
Unwanted All-Stars (1) vs Balls Deep (4)
Gym Class Heroes (2) vs Snow Mexicans (3)
Gym Class Heroes secure the second spot by defeating the Snow Mexicans head-to-head during the regular season. Balls Deep sneaks into the final playoff spot due to their head-to-head victory over Full Send. The first round of the playoffs sets up a rematch of the Fall finals where Balls Deep pulled a huge upset over Unwanted All-Stars to win the title. Can they do it again?

Division 10:
Dragins (1) vs Deadbeats (4)
Team Potato Wedges (2) vs Knibb High (3)
Team Potato Wedges retains the second seed by defeating Knibb High during the regular season, whereas the Deadbeats secure the final seed by defeating Super Heroes in Training head-to-head.

Division 11:
Playoff seeding undecided, all will come down to the final playoff games. Wins by the Vikings and Drunk N Looking 2 Score in the final weekend would throw this division into chaos!

Division 12:
Free Agents (South) (1) vs Young Guns (4)
Venum (2) vs Danger Zone (3)
The Free Agents (South) secure the top seed through the playoffs by defeating Venum head-to-head. Danger Zone takes the third seed by defeating Young Guns during the regular season.

Division 13:
Joint Forces (1) vs Onslaught (4)
Outlaws (2) vs Ten Toes Down (3)
Joint Forces takes home the regular season Jacobucci bragging rights as Dallas defeats Luke by one point during the regular season…however they could meet in the finals if their teams win…but it will be a tough road. Onslaught comes on strong and takes the final playoff seed by defeating the Bullet Club in their final game of the season.

Division 14:
Bad News Kennels (1) vs Air Farce (4)
The GameCocks (2) vs Chuggernauts (3)
Took 18 divisions to get to this point, but we finally have a division with no tiebreakers!

Division 15:
Blue Balls (1) vs Third and Schlong (4)
Vanilla N Manila (2) vs VMC Trojans SRs (3)
Third and Schlong didn’t know they had captured the final playoff spot first game of the season, but by defeating Wolfpack they win the tiebreaker at the end. All games count! Vanilla N Manila secures the second seed by defeating VMC Trojan Srs head-to-head.

Division 16:
The VaudeVillians (1) vs Down to Football (4)
Welcome to Sissy Island (2) vs Waiver Wire (3)
No tiebreakers, but the winners of two Fall division titles collide in the first round which makes the VaudeVillians vs Down to Football game the one to watch!

Division 17:
No Punts Intended (1) vs Mayhem (4)
Gomi’s Homies (2) vs Usual Suspects (3)
Mayhem had a big win their final regular season game to secure the final playoff spot! This playoff should be insanely fun to watch as these teams duke it out for Division 17 supremacy.

Division 18:
Post Dig Picks Route (1) vs Oay Co (4)
D.T.F. (2) vs Suckskatchew1 (3)
Post Dig Picks Route defeats D.T.F to win the regular season crown, Oay Co jumps over Mustard Tigers for the final playoff spot by defeating them head-to-head.

Division 19:
Playoff seeding undecided, all will come down to the final playoff games this weekend! All four of the top seeds have yet to be secured!

Division 20:
Playoff seeding undecided, all will come down to the final playoff games. Any one of four teams could still win the division and five teams are still in play for the playoffs!

Division 21:
Playoff seeding undecided, all will come down to the final playoff games. Geese Attack Force and Super Troopers still must play, with the winner securing the regular season crown in Division 21.

Good luck to all remaining teams in their quest for championship glory! All division title holders will receive a championship t shirt courtesy of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and have their names engraved "Stanley Cup" style on the nicest trophies in recreational sports. Championship teams will also have their pictures and game summaries posted on the Blue Bombers website!

Division 11:
Guardians of Troy (1) vs The Notorious (4)

Division 19:
Dilligafs (1) vs Suckskatchewan Seniors (4)
Free Agents (North) (2) vs Average Joes (2)
Dilligafs win the Division by defeating the Free Agents during the regular season. Average Joes take the third seed by defeating Suckskatchewan Seniors head-to-head by just a single point!

Division 20:
TD Twisters (1) vs Back That Pass Up (4)
Illegal Contact (2) vs Banda Makers (3)
TD Twisters win the regular season crown by defeating Illegal Contact by just a single point during the regular season! Banda Makers finish third by virtue of their head-to-head victory over Back That Pass Up. This sets up yet another epic playoff battle between TD Twisters and Back That Pass Up, who gave the TD Twisters their only loss of the season. Another game of the week entry!

Division 21:
SuperTroopers (1) vs Standard Aero (4)
Geese Attack Force (2) vs Prime Time (3)
The Geese fly to second place due to their defeat of PrimeTime during the regular season.

Some epic playoff games on tap! Here is a link to all of the tiebreaker scenarios: http://www.pitfootball.com/indoor-rules-2
