This past summer season we inducted the 2017 Hall of Fame Class. We have updated the HOF and are now paying homage to some of the greatest touch football players in Manitoba history,

Cliff Kitchen is just the second person inducted into the Contributors category of the Manitoba Touch Football Hall of Fame. The criteria for the contributors category is as follows:

"To be considered for selection in the Contributor category, an individual must have contributed to the game significantly in areas outside of the competitive arena (i.e. administrator, league architect, innovator, instructor, coach etc.). Contributors have changed the game for the better and lay the groundwork for the future success of touch football in Manitoba."

Cliff began his playing days in 1984 with the Chargers of the Winnipeg Centennial Touch Football League (WCTFL). Cliff has quite a storied touch football career however he is being honored for his contributions to the game, most notably:

Began officiating in 1986
Officiated Tournament of Champions AA National Championship
Brought the National Championships to Winnipeg in 2006 (only time played in Manitoba)
Football Manitoba Board Member
Inaugural member of the Manitoba Touch Football Officials Association (MTFOA)
President of the Winnipeg Touch Football League
Level 5 Clinician and Rules Committee Member of Manitoba
PIT Football League Disciplinarian
Runs the PIT Football Referee Certification Clinic
