New season, a new race to see who will be crowned the Most Valuable Player of the Winter 2018 as voted on by your peers! Each game an MVP will be selected by the opposition and the player with the most votes come the end of the season will be crowned the league MVP. Courtney Dyck was our first MVP award winner in the Summer, followed by Brandon Poulin being selected as MVP for the Fall. The winner will receive an engraved MVP belt and all the accolades that go with being the best touch/flag football player in the Province! Week four saw both of our MVP's from week #3 be overthrown. The leader-board looks awesome as Nick Jessamine and Chris Dobson take the lead with five votes a piece, while Jessica Smilar ties last week's champs Stanton Remple and Vaughn Lloyd with four. Huge turnover in the MVP race over the last week, just two weeks ago Stanton Remple and Vaughn Lloyd were free and clear but not only have they been caught, they are now looking up at five players who have passed them. The big movers this weeks were Jessica Smilar who is now tied for the MVP lead, and Brandon Poulin, our Fall MVP, who is now just one back of the leader board!
