The Frankford Yellow Jackets took the final spot in the Winter season late last night! A big thanks to the huge response we had from teams this winter as we continue to sell out season after season. A shout out to the indoor facility as well who were able to accommodate our additional 16 teams after we had blown through our 120 cap on teams prior to Christmas. We also have the second highest registration in PIT history with 136 teams signing up. 150 was our maximum in the Winter of 2013 however that season we ran from January 4th all the way to April 7th! Our league this season runs mid January to mid March so we are running about 5 weeks shorter that that historically long year.
Registration is up, prime time spots, lounge onsite open, premier facility in Manitoba to play in, this season has the makings of a great one! We should have the divisional alignment finalized in the next couple of hours and the first weekend of the season up tonight.
