The PIT is proud to announce the start of registration for its ninth season of Winter indoor football. The largest touch football league in Canada will be offering divisions of skill from elite to beginner. We will also be returning both the coed division (minimum two girls on the field at a time), the Master's Division (eligibility requirement being 40+ years of age, may turn 40 during season and still be eligible) and the High School Division (Under 18). Continuing with the huge success of the Fall season we will once again be offering both prime time spots and a choice of location (South) at the Subway Soccer Complex at the University of Manitoba and North (the newest and best facility in the city!) at Garden City.

As our membership has come to expect the PIT will offer the best facility, fields, competition, referees and prizes in the most competitive and enjoyable environment. Our mandate is to provide players and teams with the best game day experience possible and our history speaks for itself!

Winter 2017 Indoor Season Information:
Season Starts: Friday January 13th
Season Ends: Saturday March 18th
Start times: Fridays/Saturdays, as early as 7:45pm (later time slots still available for those teams wanting to play later). Games in the North will offer prime time games, games in the South will be played starting at 10:30pm.
Divisions: Capped at 6 teams, top 4 teams make playoffs. Teams guaranteed a minimum of 5 games; each game is 1 hour in duration.

Registration Deadline: Friday January 6th (be warned the league will sell out much earlier!)
League Cap: 125 teams
Cost: $675 if paying by Interac Etransfer (inclusive of GST and insurance)
Cost: $700 if paying by any other method (inclusive of GST and insurance)
Teams may schedule off any weekends with the exception of playoffs, choose their location and choose their time slots.

Cash, certified cheque, and interac e-transfers accepted. Cheques are payable to PIT FOOTBALL CORP. Registration Deadline/League Cap:
We appreciate your support and will continue to run the best touch football league in Manitoba. However, due to the limited supply of available fields we will be capping the number of teams in the Winter at just 125! Although the registration deadline for the Winter season is Friday January 6th, teams are strongly encouraged to register early to ensure a spot in the league. The Winter season has sold out each year since our first season and we will assuredly be sold out once again prior to the deadline date. Please keep in mind that the league reserves the right to close registration early if we have reached the cap on teams. Don't get left out. The earlier you register the better chance you will be playing in Manitoba's largest touch football league. The Fall season hit a record number of teams and we had to close registration a full 10 days early!

A huge first week of registration has meant that over 28% of Winter registration is already sold out! Teams resoundingly enjoyed playing in the best new facility in the province and during prime-time spots! Teams are encouraged to register early as the Fall season sold out in record time and it looks like we are on pace to sell out quite early in the Winter season as well.

Less than two weeks in we are now at nearly 50% capacity for the Winter season. A big thanks to all the teams who have signed up thus far and a nudge to those that haven't that we are selling out very quickly! Just like in the Fall teams will have the choice of which facility they would like to play in and times (early: prior to 7:15-10:45pm starts or late: 11:30pm and later).
