A reminder that all players in the Fall season must fill out a new insurance waiver form. A link to the forms can be found here: http://pitfootball.com/league_files
Team captains are strongly encouraged to print off extra forms because you know that someone on your team will invariably forget to bring theirs! Waiver forms can be handed in to the head referee at your first game.
