Football Manitoba held its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday June 28th and at the meeting a new Board was elected for the 2016-2017 calendar year. Yours truly ran for a seat and was elected as one of the eight members of the board that oversees everything Football in Manitoba. I hope to bring some of my experiences in growing touch football in Manitoba to all levels of football and bring some prominence to touch football within Football Manitoba.
Ideally this partnership will benefit the PIT and all members of the football community.
Outside of the being on the Board, the PIT and Football Manitoba are collaborating on some exclusive events. More information as it becomes available.

Congratulations to Brett Lesperance, my former PIT football teammate, who was elected as President of Football Manitoba and to Jeffrey Bannon (PIT Sponsor via Keener Jerseys) who was elected as the new Vice President. With myself on the Board we now have a very large PIT Football presence at Football Manitoba. First board meeting was last evening and I left very excited to be part of the future of Football in in the province!
