The Masters Division is back for the Spring season. If you are over 40 or turn 40 in the 2016 calendar year then you are eligible to play Masters! Register as a player, a group of players or a team. Cost is $85 per player via etransfer ($90 otherwise). The PIT will place you on a team, give you a free PIT t shirt and hook you up for your first round of drinks after Game #1. A great deal, and a heck of a lot of fun. All skill levels welcome, this division is as much about camaraderie as it is competition!
The Masters in the Winter has been a blast and in talking with the guys playing the only think from making this perhaps the most fun division in the league is to increase the number of teams. Ideally the prime time slots in the Spring will help some guys come out of hiding, but if anyone has any suggestions as to what will make it better please let us know.
So far I have had the following suggestions:
1. Hold a draft (an excuse to drink more beer I think)
2. Lower the age of Masters
3. Allow for trades within teams
If there is anything that would get you out let us know. I will be adding a few Masters teams tonight. As an added bonus all games will take place in prime time. Contact the PIT Crew to register.
Better hurry as 50% of the spots for the Spring season are now accounted for!
