Swiss Chalet is back sponsoring a player of the week award for the Winter indoor season by offering an award to those who have some break out games during the Winter season. Winners will enjoy two complimentary rotisserie dinners worth $32.00 (valid at the Kenaston Location only).

The first winner of the Swiss Chalet Player of the Week award is Pascal Audette of the Dark Side who threw for three touchdowns and scored one himself in a narrow defeat the Hail Mary Heroes. Pascal hit three different receivers in his spread offense set which will prove key as the season moves on as teams won't be able to zero in on just one player if everyone is getting touches on the ball. Honorable mention goes to his opponent Andrew Raposo who had three TDs and an interception in the victory.

Will Pascal be able to use the Dark side to predict winners as (in)accurately as Carl from Aqua Teen Hunger Force?!?! Only time will tell.

Swiss Chalet is a great place to grab your healthy pregame meal as the Swiss Chalet on Kenaston is only a short distance from the indoor complex!

The second winner of the Swiss Chalet Player of the Week award is Christian Pacag of the both U.S.O and Who's Your Papi. On the weekend U.S.O lost by one point and Who's Your Papi won by one point demonstrating the parity early on in the season. Over those two games Christian had 14 points and 2 interceptions. The biggest surprise? No sacks. Christian has a remarkable 70 sacks in 71 games played!

It appears Christian is a triple threat on the field...but can he raise a barn?

The Swiss Chalet Player of the Week award in week #3 goes to Andrew Ricard of the Superheroes in Training who hit on every stat line Saturday. Andrew had two interceptions, a sack, a touchdown pass and six points in a one point loss to the Avengers. Andrew is currently top ten in three of the four statistical categories in Division 10, can he become the first player in PIT history to have his name inscribed on every stat?

I don't think there is an emoji created that could express the magnitude of that accomplishment!

The Swiss Chalet Player of the Week award in week #4 goes to Raj Misir of Get in me belly! Raj scored 12 of the Belly's 14 points on offense and turned the ball over twice on defense via two interceptions. Raj has quietly had quite the PIT career thus far, you can check out his stats here: http://pitfootball.com/stats/player/6417
Not only that but Raj is currently first in Division 17 in interceptions and second in points.

Nobody is going to "mutually part ways" with this guy!

Our fifth Swiss Chalet Player of the Week has been awarded to Ken Hardman of Turn Down for Watt who had and impressive 14 points in a narrow loss to Down to Football last weekend. Ken had two first half touchdowns and a 2 point convert to pull the team within a touchdown but unfortunately Turn Down got turned down at the end. Through two games Ken is fifth in the coed division in scoring and is just four points away from besting his season high in scoring...with three games still remaining.

I think that Ken beating his personal best is more of a stone cold lock than this one:

Our newest Swiss Chalet Player of the Week is Jacob Robertson of Great White Buffalo who hauled in a very impressive four interceptions one of them for a pick six in a close loss to the top seeded Nasty Boyz. Those four picks moved him into top spot in Division six in takeaways. Jacob will need to continue to shut the door on defense as every team in Division 6 is separated by just two points in perhaps the most difficult division thus far this season.

Jacob's spirit animal is definitely not bread!

Matthew Stewart of Nemesis proved to be a thorn in the side of MaddCatzz scoring 25 points in a one point loss in what proved to be the game of the night on Saturday. Matthew currently leads division 4 in scoring, having scored more than his CFL contemporary Kito Poblah (who racked up an impressive 20 points in the same game).

Matthew Stewart might have a shot at making the Liverpool Jaguars next year with performances like that!

The newest Swiss Chalet Player of the Week is Sam Calvert of the Vikings who scored 26 of his teams 28 points in a narrow loss to Strange Brew. The 26 points moves Sam to the top of the Division 5 scoring leaderboard. Sam will play an integral part in the Vikings final game of the regular season versus USO as the winner of that game will take home the last playoff spot!

Sam is a man of real grace and dignity:

Colton Lemieux went off Saturday night scoring 32 points for Back That Pass up moving his team into third place in the division and his scoring totals to third in Division 19. Talk about a career night for Colton as his 32 points was not only a personal best but also more points than he had ever scored in an entire season. Looks like the league is ready for a possible breakout superstar.

Every few years a player comes along who can change your entire franchise. Your Elis, your JPPs, your Beckham Jrs and now your Coltons.

A game with huge playoff implications Saturday night as Swift Kick in the Grass faced off with Can't Cut List. Going into the weekend just two points separated third from last place so every win at this point is imperative. Taylor Allen stepped up to ensure he wouldn't be part of the Cut list, throwing four touchdown passes to four different receivers to give Can't Cut List the inside track for a playoff spot. Taylor also moved himself into top spot in the TD pass column with his four TD night.

Multiple Taylor Allen's trump any ethical concerns of cloning!

Jeremy Kornelson had two huge games last Saturday. In the first game, Jeremy propelled Team PIT Football into the semi-finals in the U20 division with three touchdowns including the game winner in a crazy come from behind 32-31 victory. In the second game, Jeremy scored 13 more point and added an interception to keep the Knights season undefeated as well as knock the Warriors out of the playoffs. Jeremy also finished 5th in Division 2 scoring...not bad considering he is just 18!

Father time catches everyone...but Jeremy has a couple of decades ahead of him before he has to worry about looking over his shoulder.
