Here are the tiebreakers thus far for the Fall season. Most divisions are set for playoffs but there are a still a few regular season games played this coming weekend that will decide the last playoff spots. A reminder that the PIT tiebreaker system is different than the simple plus minus that is listed on the website. Our tiebreaker system for playoffs can be found here: http://pitfootball.com/menu/indoor-rules We have asked the webmaster to work out a system to allow us to change the standings manually to reflect the information set out below, we are not there yet but hopefully for future seasons we will have the ability to do this.

Coed Competitive:
Who would have guessed the coed free agents would take the top spot in the coed competitive division??? Somehow they did so by winning the tiebreaker battle between the three teams tied for the top spot after last night. Flying Squirrels are relegated to third spot (-8) by having the worst plus/minus (Assassins Legends (+5), Coed Free Agents (+3)). After Squirrels were knocked down, the Coed Free Agents end up taking the top spot as they defeated the Assassins Legends in overtime in perhaps the biggest upset in coed division history (tiebreakers revert back to head-to-head after one of the three teams is eliminated). It wasn’t just the top three spots that came down to a tiebreaker, as the battle for the final playoff spot in competitive also came down to the wire. Down to Football takes the last spot in Coed Div 1 by virtue of their regular season defeat of Dolls & Balls. Crazy awesome coed regular season comes down right to the last game of the season.

Coed Recreational:
Dolls and Balls (1) vs Turn Down for Watt (4)
Medical Whiskey (2) vs There’s No Crying in Baseball (3)
Dolls and Balls are relegated to the rec division due to their loss at the hands of Down to Football during the regular season. Medical Whiskey moves into second place based on their regular season victory over There’s No Crying in Baseball.

Elite Division:
LW United (1) vs The Horde (4)
Polk High (2) vs Iced Earth (3)
LW United takes the top spot as the defeated Polk High during the regular season.

Division 1:
Guild of Calamitous Intent (1) vs The Gentlemen (2)
The Guild finishes first as they defeated the Gentlemen during the regular season.

Division 2:
Meat’s Pizzeria (1) vs The Villains (4)
Peg City Misfits/Mayhem Football (2-3)
The four playoff teams are set thanks to the Villains victory over the Levels last night which prevented a three-way tie between Villains, Levels and The Kraken. Peg City will play Mayhem Football in the playoffs but they will decide seeding next week when the play each other in the regular season.

Division 3:
Mapetown (1) vs USO (4)
Beerhawks/Team West (2-3)
Beerhawks will play Team West in the playoffs but they will decide seeding next week when the play each other in their final regular season game.

Division 4:
Bert Stare (1) vs Maroon and White (4)
Dammit Donald (2) vs Gym Class Heroes (3)

Division 5:
Venum (1) vs The Filthy Few (4)
Vikings (2) vs the D (3)
A three-way tie existed between The Filthy Few, Vikings and The D with each team going 1-1 head-to-head during the regular season. Plus/minus in the games between the teams was used to break the tiebreaker with The Filthy Few falling to fourth with a -15 +/- (The D +22, Vikings -7). The tiebreaking system reverts back to head-to-head once a team is eliminated and the Vikings move into second place as they defeated the D during the regular season.

Division 6:
Blood on the Dancefloor (1) vs Red 21 (4)
New World Order (2) vs Beats by Ray (3)
Red 21 secures the final playoff spot by winning the tiebreaker vs Knighthawks due to their regular season victory, the nWo take second place over Beats by Ray via the same tiebreaker scenario as above.

Division 7:
Organized Chaos (1) vs Lunch Bunches (4)
BFFFFL (2) vs the Goodfellas (3)
Organized Chaos finishes first by beating BFFFL and Lunch Bunches gets the final playoff spot by defeating The Avengers during the regular season.

Division 8:
Patalia Island (1) vs Danger Zone (4)
Trivial Touchdowns (2) vs Legends of the Fall (3)
There are still games remaining in this division but all the playoff contenders are locked in place.

Division 9:
Free Agents (1) vs Mayhem (4)
Those Guys (2) vs Young Guns v2 (3)
Mayhem takes the final playoff spot as SDSCrew defaulted a game and therefore automatically loses any and all tiebreaker scenarios.

Division 10:
The VaudeVillians, Bad Newz Kennels, the Rouge (1-3)
D.T.F (4)
First through third in the division are still wide open and will be settled this upcoming weekend.

Division 11:
Hail Mary Heroes (1) vs Phillip Ontacos (4)
Fail Mary (2) vs Average Joes (3)
Fail Mary wins the tiebreaker by virtue of their regular season victory over the Average Joes and take second spot in the division as a result.

Division 12:
Old Skool (1) vs Raiders TNG (4)
Sh*thawks (2) vs NWA (3)
Old Skool takes the divisional title due to their victory over the Sh*thawks and Raiders TNG take the last playoff spot by defeating the Hooligans during the regular season.

Division 13:
The Kings (1)
Filthy Causals, Anigav, Team Rocket (2-4)
The last three playoff spots will be determined on the final weekend!

Division 14:
Sneaky Beavers (1) vs Guardians/Dilligafs
1 in the Pocket (2) vs The Dude Abides (3)
The final playoff spot will be determined this weekend as the winner of Guardians and the Dilligafs will make playoffs…the loser will have to wait until the winter for vengeance!

Division 15:
Graceful Giraffes (1) vs Demon Llamas (4)
Free Agents (2) vs Chunkiest League (3)
A three-way tie existed between the Free Agents, The Chunkiest League and Demon Llamas. Free Agents win the tiebreaker as they defeated both Chunkiest and Demon Llamas in the regular season. Since there was an unbalanced schedule and neither Chunkiest nor Demon Llamas played one another during the season overall plus/minus was used with Chunkiest taking third (+14) (Demon Llamas -2).

Division 16:
The Bill Arnotts (1) vs Santa’s Little Helpers (4)
Waverly Warriors (2) vs Wildthings (3)
The Bill Arnotts take the div title by defeating Waverly Warriors in their regular season tilt, Wildthings move up to third by defeating Santa’s Little Helpers (4)

Congratulations to all of our playoff teams who will compete for championship glory in the Fall. For the remaining teams who did not make playoffs, start to retool for Winter when you will have a chance to avenge your losses!

Bad Newz Kennels takes the division title by virtue of their regular season victory vs The VaudeVillians. DTF finished fourth due to their regular season victory over Swift Kick.

Division 13:
The Kings (1) vs Team Rocket (4)
Filthy Casuals (2) vs Anigav (3)

Division 14:
Sneaky Beavers (1) vs The Dilligafs (4)
1 in the Pocket (2) vs The Dude Abides (3)
Sneaky Beavers take the Div 14 regular season crown due to their defeat of 1 in the Pocket. The Dilligafs take home the final playoff spot by defeating Guardians in their final game of the season. This division really came down to the wire!
