Keep posted for rain out info. Assume all games are on unless you are notified via Twitter/website! Games can also be cancelled at the field. I will be heading down to Optimist for the 12:30pm games to view the field conditions. Unless I post something otherwise be prepared to play.

I'm not looking forward to playing on that field at 4, if there are games on it all day...it'll be a mess with an injury waiting to happen.

I'm cool with rain. I'm not cool with a torn up field full.

What sucks with finding out last second that a game is cancelled or playing in the rain? Is leaving your family for a couple hours from southeast St. Vital to Northwest Optimist field, wasting $5 on gas or wrecking your football playing in the rain. I think if the fields are wet enough to have rain on them for 5 hours like today then we shouldn't have to even worrying about wasting our time driving out there or playing in weather like this. If we were in college, Junior, high-school, or pro then no prob but we are not. Just my 2cents worth. I only know 1 guy who likes playing on a cold rainy day and never knew a QB who liked it yet, unless he doesn't throw the ball anyway. If we had a 2 hour warning I would be very happy. Now I guess I have to wait for the haters replies. LOL.

Games are on...and I intentionally leave my football in the rain to break it in...in fact my newest football was left out in the fall, was covered in snow all winter and is still currently being rained on outside right now. It will be perfect for throwing after we use it for a kicking ball for the next month!

i like playing in the rain as well.

As long as the fields are not being ruined, i am all for playing those games, i for one usually have more problem with makeup games, as they usually don't fit into teams scheduling requests as easily. For me playing in the rain is part of the fun.
