The PIT Crew has been on a field lining binge this past week, lining six fields, including three on Saturday in the 29 degree heat. Our lives have been made simpler by the acquisition of our 2015 lazer liner, the most up to date lining machine on the market. You may also have noticed that we are pegging in permanent placeholders at the corners of our fields to ensure we can quickly respond to field lining. It was a bit of an expense to mark out all of our fields but in the long run it should save time, make it easier to line and to enable us to line on a more frequent basis if needed. By seasons end all fields will be permanently marked to allow us to better serve our membership.
