A reminder that all players who did not play in the latest indoor seasons (Fall 2014, Winter 2015 and Spring 2015) must have a waiver signed before being eligible to play in the summer season. Waiver forms can be found here: http://pitfootball.com/league_files and can be handed into your head referee at your first game.
Teams are also strongly encouraged to take a look at the outdoor rules for the summer including the implementation of our new objectionable conduct policy. The outdoor rules can be found here: http://pitfootball.com/menu/outdoor-rules
The full schedule has been completed however it will take upwards of the remainder of the week to go through cross checking all conflicts and scheduling requests. Teams are reminded that they are REQUESTS and not demands. The league will endeavor to do its best at honoring requests however we literally had over 1000 requests and therefore cannot honor them all. Teams also must keep in mind that a team in their division might have very different requests then their own and thus there would be no way for the scheduler to accommodate. Having said that the PIT has the most flexible scheduling policy in all of recreational sports and we believe our schedule will reflect that.
Season starts tonight, it should be a great summer of football and as always the league wishes all teams good fortune in their quest for championship glory!
