A big thanks to the Quality Inn and Winn City Pub to allow the PIT to host their 7th annual referee clinic. Each clinic has been run by our Head of Referees Brad Kelm and Disciplinarian Cliff Kitchen. With over 50 years experience and multiple National Championship refereed games, these two are truly the best at what they do! Thanks guys, you are both part of the reason the PIT is the largest touch football organization in Canada!
We had a record turnout for new recruits with nearly 30 rookies out for the clinic. This bodes well for the summer as we hope to once again have all referee spots filled prior to the start of the season to help ensure we always have three certified referees at each game.
