As we do at the end of the outdoor and indoor seasons the PIT crew takes our referees on a pilgrimage to Boston Pizza to drink many team pitchers and eat every conceivable pizza combination possible as a token of our appreciation to the best referees in recreational sports. Lots of war stories were told, lots of beers were drank, and our discussion on how sh#tty the Jets are was very animated.
We thank our sponsor Boston Pizza for their hospitality and our very lovely waitress who I think gave us all blood alcohol poisoning by convincing us we shouldn't leave and to have a few more rounds. The PIT tab was open all night. Hopefully we still have a full ref crew come indoor this weekend!

Just to show what a great ref crew the PIT has, while other recreational leagues struggle to find qualified referees, the entirety of our referee schedule was filled in one day for the duration of the Fall season! Unless something untoward occurs there should not be any open referee spots during the Fall season. Since we had to turn some referee's away due to the demand, the same can be said for our Winter and Spring leagues.
Thanks again to the best ref crew in recreational sports!
