I'm sure you guys have a good explanation for it but what's up with the 15 team division? Lol... With the whole a player cannot play on 2 teams within same division thing etc

The problem we ran into was there was a considerable number of teams with commensurate skill levels, some of those teams shared many players (hence their similar skill). We had the option to either force some teams up to the highest division (and leading them to the slaughter) or pushing a team down in skill (and having them dominate a division) or keep them all in the same division and let their win/loss records dictate where they play come playoffs.
It is possible that teams with the same players end up in the same division for playoffs...those teams will be put at a disadvantage since their players will have to choose which team they play on if their teams meet.
We felt that letting the 'chips fall where they may' was the most equitable way of deciding divisions. In the end all teams in the division will benefit since a greater proportion of teams will make playoffs than in a regular division with more championship possibilities for all teams involved. There are also 12 teams in the division not 15.
