The PIT Crew wants to thank our membership and our referees who have been very accommodating during the monsoon season that has become the 2014 Winnipeg Summer.
It has been a trying month and half but we are hopeful the sun will finally start to shine. Our refs have been getting soaked repeatedly and have been on top of keeping the fields and players safe. The players/teams have been very accommodating about reschedules and cancellations and following us on Twitter/the website when cancellations arise.
Another reason why the PIT membership/referees are the best in recreational sports! Lets hope for a warmer, sunnier finish to the season.
