With the Summer Season kicking off tomorrow all players for the 2014 season should familiarize themselves with the outdoor rules here: http://www.pitfootball.com/menu/outdoor-rules
Teams are reminded that any players who have not filled out a waiver for in the indoor seasons (Fall 2013, Winter 2014 or Spring 2014) must have those players fill out a waiver form prior to their first game and hand the waiver form into the head referee. Waiver forms can be found here: http://www.pitfootball.com/league_files
Referees have also been instructed to carefully monitor receiver obstruction at the line of scrimmage. Players should note that any movement of the feet or hands in such a way as to obstruct a receiver from their designated path will be penalized. Referee's have also been instructed to escalate the severity of the penalties for objectionable conduct.
