The PIT has successfully added yet another field to our arsenal for the 2013 season. Sansome School Field located at 181 Sansome adjacent to Bedsome in the heart of Westwood within the St. James area. This field should serve the PIT league very well when it comes into rotation early August. The field has no goal posts to obscure the quarterbacks view, and will be lined to the PIT's standards in the first week of August.

While the rest of the league was getting some well deserved R & R the PIT Crew continued to work in earnest lining its newest field at Sansome for Tuesdays games. The field has a few undulations but for the most part looks pretty good. Ideally the location helps satisfy some of our teams in the western part of the city.

Sansome was actually the first field we lined and helped kick off the season. The field was lined the same day as Alex Morgan (pics included) came to town as part of the US/Canada Soccer Friendly. It is perhaps ironic that with her arrival youth soccer stepped in to take one of our fields again. As such Sansome is now a soccer field and we won't be getting our money's worth out of that lining!
