The PIT is proud to announce the start of registration for its fourth season of indoor spring football. The majority of games will be played during primetime hours Friday and Saturday evenings beginning at 7:30pm. As our membership has come to expect the PIT will offer the best facility, fields, competition, referees, and swag in the most competitive and enjoyable environment. Our mandate is to provide players and teams with the best game day experience possible and our history speaks for itself! Teams can begin registering for the Spring season on Monday March 4th.

Spring 2013 Season Information:
Season Start Date: Sunday April 7th (Note this is in fact a Sunday!)
Season End Date: Saturday, May 5th or 12th (Depending on Registration)
Start times: Most games will be played Fridays/Saturdays beginning at 7:30pm
Divisions: Capped at 6 teams, top 4 teams make playoffs. Teams guaranteed a minimum of 5 games, each game is 1 hour in duration.
Registration Deadline: Saturday March 30th (Note: the league will probably be sold out by then!)
Cost: $670 (inclusive of GST and insurance)

The PIT is the only indoor league that offers insurance to its players and does not charge for schedule requests. Cash, certified cheque, and interact e-transfers accepted. New for Spring 2013:
Coed: If there is enough demand we will offer another division of coed with the possibility of splitting coed into two divisions for playoffs to ensure all teams have a shot at championship glory! Please contact us ASAP for either more information or to let us know your coed team would like to play in the Spring.
Divisional Placement: There will be a division for all calibre of play, so don’t worry if you don’t think your team can compete, all skill levels will be represented. Contact us if you want more information as to how your team will stack up against the competition.

Registration Deadline/League Cap:
We appreciate your support and will continue to run the best touch football league in Manitoba! However, due to the limited supply of available primetime fields we will be capping the number of teams in the Spring league at just 50. Although the registration deadline for the Spring season is noon Saturday March 30th teams are strongly encouraged to register early to ensure a spot in the league. Teams should register well before that time as the league will almost assuredly by sold out prior to the deadline date. Please keep in mind that the league reserves the right to close registration early if we have reached the cap on teams. The Winter season saw 138 teams register and we still turned away another 20 teams! Don't get left out, the earlier you register the better chance you will be playing in Manitoba's largest and fastest growing touch football league.

All the customary PIT swag to the winners of each division – including each championship team member’s name engraved ‘Stanley Cup’ style on the nicest trophies in touch football today! Divisions will be aligned according to team calibre. Teams of all skill levels are encouraged to register. We will find a competitive division for all teams who are interested for the Spring league. The PIT will offer 10 different levels of skill for the Spring. If you have any questions regarding registration, divisions, competitive balance, or anything else be sure to contact us! A reminder that Spring season registration begins at midnight tonight, right now there is room for only 50 teams for the Spring so registration may go fast! Teams are officially in for the Spring session once they have signed up on the website AND paid their registration.

Spring season registration is now officially underway. Get the jump on your competition for the summer. Last year a considerable number of teams who took home championship glory during the summer session honed their craft in the Spring.

The Spring season will run from April 7th to May 11th with championship games wrapping up prior to the start of the outdoor season. Only spots available to the first 50 teams. A reminder that we reserve the right to close registration early if we hit our cap on teams. 138 teams registered for the Winter session and we will had to turn 20 away so early registration is recommended to ensure you get in on the action.

The Spring season is already over 50% capacity just 24 hours into registration. Teams are reminded that registration will close once we hit capacity so early registration is paramount. The first 50 teams to register on the site AND pay will be in for what looks to be the largest contingent of Spring teams in Manitoba history.

Remember...There is no off season

Spring registration is now over capacity. New teams can still sign up as it is the first 50 teams that put up registration payment. Right now we have 52 teams on the site and counting. Don't get stuck training in a gym when you could be playing for a PIT championship...you never know what can happen.
