Congratulations to Shaun Hopkins who has already set the PIT all-time single season interception record and who has become the first PIT player to reach 20 interceptions in a season. Shaun will only add to his record setting season as the Anvils still have 4 games remaining.

Shawn Pachet (of Sniper and flag football fame) is also just 9 points off the single season scoring record with 3 games remaining, and the wiley veteran John Mergulhao, also of the Anvils, is 5 sacks behind the all-time record with 4 games to play. Looks like three of the four all-time statistical records may fall this year.

In addition to the all-time records, many divisional records have already been broken or will be broken over the last month of the summer season. Its been a wild ride thus far in what has become the largest touch football league in Canada.

Neil Gwison just passed Hopkins, snagging 4 pics last night to bring him to 21 on the year.

Mr. Pachet scored 12 points.

Thanks Al. Wow, not only are some of these records going to be beaten, they are going to be crushed!

Setting a new standard.
