FYI:
Fields without goal posts: All converts are taken from the center of the field regardless of whether the attempt is a one-point convert from the five or a two-point convert from the ten (there is no choice of left/right hash).
Fields with goal posts: Teams have the choice of taking the convert from left or right hash or from the center of the field. This is consistent whether the convert is taken from the five or ten regardless of whether the posts are wishbone or soccer.
Hopefully this clears up some of the questions regarding converts.
