For the Players by the Players- Definition:
We train our refs during in class seminars, and continue on field training during exhibition games, and even come shadow rookies during games within the infancy of their careers (very necessary to produce competent skilled personnel). Our referees are not perfect on every call, but building the foundation via our process, will give you the most consistent touch football refs anywhere. http://www.pitfootball.com/albums/370-2011-pit-ref-clinic
Maybe more importantly, we throw a kickbut Referee windup twice a year as a show of appreciation for the work that is done during the Indoor, and Outdoor seasons.
