A reminder that all new and returning players must fill out a waiver form for the upcoming season. The waiver form will remain valid from October 2010 to October 2011, so returning players in the Winter, Spring, and Summer will need not fill out a new waiver form until next year. All previous waiver forms have expired.
Waiver forms can be printed off the website under "forms and files" and can be handed into the referee at your first game. Please don't forget. Players who play without a waiver form will be considered an illegal player and will result in your game being defaulted. Teams again should direct themselves to both the indoor rules
