The first for touch football in Manitoba? How about regular season games scheduled under the lights??? The PIT has joined forces with the Nomads to get some of our games scheduled under the lights in August, September, and October! Games will be either 6:00pm, 7:30pm, 9:00pm, or 10:30pm start times on various Thursdays and Fridays. Check out the location here: http://pitfootball.com/locations
Nomads field IS the nicest touch football field utilized today. In fact, no one is allowed to play on the fields until August of each year. The PIT endeavors to provide the best game day experience in touch football today, and that game day experience just got even better.

All games for Nomads field in August and September have been rescheduled and the teams playing have been notified. Teams that had rain out reschedules remaining were given priority, especially those teams who indicated Thursday and/or Fridays as a preference in their schedule request forms. Parking for the Nomads field is ONLY allowed from the East side of the Facility. The Loop from McPhillips is off limits to all PIT members. Anyone found parking in this loop off of McPhillips will be directly responsible for their team being removed from the PIT (in addition to having their car towed), clearly this is very important that we come in from the Sinclair entrance, and follow the gravel road(Dufferin) west towards the field. Sinclair can be met by taking Jarvis or Selkirk (Sinclair is East of McPhillips). Please make sure all teammates are aware of this.

Nomads field had 20 yards of soil added to it last week as the PIT Crew continues to do field maintenance. Hard to believe how much soil is in 20 yards...and how quickly it disappears when adding it to a space the size of a football field!
