The PIT Football league would like to thank Presto Pizza for sponsoring the PIT League game of the night. Each night for the rest of the season the teams playing in the game deemed the most competitive will both receive a coupon for a free extra-large pizza.
In the game of the night for Friday December 5th the Northend Hawkeyes edged Awesome-O by one point in a defensive struggle that determined first place in their division. Congratulations to both teams for a hard fought game.

In the game of the night for Saturday December 6th the Naked Bootleggers outlasted Torsion 33-27 to take the final playoff spot in division two. Torsion nearly came back to win this game after overcoming an early deficit. Both teams will recieve a free extra large pizza from Presto Pizza.

In the game of the night for Friday December 12th, the Mighty Schmucks defeated the Weekend Warriors to secure second place in division four by a score of 33-27. In the back and forth affair Geoff Deuck Thiessen led the Schmucks with 13 points, while Cameron Tirschmann countered with 20 points and an INT for the Warriors.
On Saturday December 13th the 4th seeded Boats and Blazers upset the top-seeded Aztecs 33-32 with a last minute TD. The Aztecs battled back and took the lead late after a slow start, but were countered when Nate Frieson caught the game winning TD on the ensuing drive. The Aztecs won the season series 2 games to 1 with the last two games both decided by one point.
Both teams will recieve a free extra large pizza from Presto Pizza.

In the game of the Night for Friday December 19th the Ninjas gave the Abusement Park all they could handle in a game they were short handed. The Ninjas took an early lead but could not hold on, losing the the eventual division 5 Champions.
In the game of the night for Saturday December 20th the Abusement Park and No D for Life played down to the wire. No D for Life fell short by one point. Losing 37-38.
All teams will recieve a free extra large pizza from Presto Pizza.

In the game of the night for Friday January 23rd the Yogurt Shooters made a successful PIT debut by defeating another newcomer team The Ducks by a 30-20 margin in a back-and-forth affair.
In the game of the night for Saturday January 24th the Gotham Knights (another brand new team) defeated the Chuggernauts 15-13 in a defensive battle that was tied at the end of regulation. The Gotham Knights got past the Chuggernauts by scoring 2-points in the convert round to end a very successful start to the Winter season.
All four teams will receive an extra large pizza courtesy of Presto Pizza.

In the game of the night for Friday January 30th, the Wildcats defeated the Misfits in the first ever women's division game at the PIT. Both teams will receive an extra large pizza courtesy of Presto Pizza. In a tightly contested game the Wildcats slipped by the Misfits by 7 points.

In the game of the night for Friday January 30th, the Anvils defeated the Gotham Knights 21-18. The Gotham Knights were driving late for the go ahead score before a timely interception in the endzone sealed the game for the Anvils. The Gotham Knights have played in the game of the night two consecutive Saturdays! Both teams will receive an extra large pizza courtesy of Presto Pizza.
