Hi everyone, if you had a waiver signed since Spring 2021 and have not changed your profile/created a new profile, waivers will remain valid for the Fall season. Anyone who has not signed a waiver will be required to fill one out at minimum 48 hours before their first game to ensure they are on the roster.

Completed waivers must be sent to PITwaivers@hotmail.com (48 hours in advance)

How will I know if my players have signed their waivers?

Once the waivers have been verified, the league will enable the player. Once enabled, the player will show up on the game cards. To view a game card, you can go to your team's schedule and click on the game card icon beside "enter score" or "not played" in the score column of your schedule. Anyone with a waiver will be on the game card. Note: Everyone will show up on your team's roster. Those eligible to play will be on the game card. If there is a discrepancy between the roster and the game card, the game card is assumed correct (your player did not get their waiver in if there is a discrepancy). Captains should check their game cards once the schedule is up to ensure everyone on their roster is also on the card.

It is up to the players and team captains to ensure player eligibility.

Hi everyone,

There have been many emails/social media posts already sent regarding waiver forms. The waiver forms are there to protect you in the event of injury, the waiver forms also demonstrate if you are an eligible player.

There remain many players participating in the Fall without waiver forms. Our officials and statisticians are receiving push-back about not receiving stats or games played. We cannot retroactively add games played or stats to any players without waivers, the website does not allow for it.

We are entering Week 3. Soon players will not be eligible to participate in playoffs (min 2 games played) if they have not submitted a waiver. This web post will be referred to if/when players are not eligible to participate. Please ensure your waivers are sent to PITwaivers@hotmail.com

How do you know if you need a waiver? You are being written in on a game card and are not receiving stats/games played.

All players should check their eligibility with the link above. Team captains it is your responsibility to ensure all your teammates have their waivers. Your cooperation is expected, and appreciated.
