IMPORTANT – ROSTER/SCHEDULE REQUEST UPDATE
1. Scheduling requests: Some requests cannot be accommodated. All teams must play 6 games prior to August long weekend so we can complete division realignment. Several teams have booked off a large chunk of July, which affects everyone else in the division who would like to play regularly once per week. Please check with your team and revise your requests unless you team would NOT BE ABLE TO FIELD A TEAM on those days.
2. Division alignment to start the season is based solely on strength of roster. We cannot place teams solely to avoid player conflicts at the expense of division parity.
3. Substitutes can be added at any time during the season by contacting the league administrators with the following exceptions: Division 1 players cannot be added to a lower division after tomorrow (Sunday) at noon and substitutes cannot already be playing in the same division. Even if a division 1 player must miss a game, they cannot be replaced “one for one” with another division 1 player.
4. Your complete roster, including those LISTED AS SUBS, will be considered during division alignment. Many teams have some very good players listed as subs. Subs tend to make their way onto rosters for playoffs. Please remove any subs that you don’t believe will make playoffs, otherwise they will be considered in divisional alignment.
Your cooperation is expected and appreciated. Roster additions/changes HAVE BEEN REOPENED FOR CAPTAINS and may be made until SUNDAY AT NOON (TOMORROW). At that point, your rosters will be considered final and we will begin divisional alignment and scheduling.
