Thanks to the 66 teams who registered for the Summer season, which blew away our expectations considering different things are this year compared to summer season's past. We are looking forward to an epic season and can't wait to see everyone back on the field. Below we outline how the summer season will look:
Based on feedback from our summer 2020 season, we have decided to realign divisions at the halfway mark of the season (game 5). After realignment divisions will be set for the second half of the season and into playoffs. The divisions for the first half of the season can be found here: https://pit.redzoneleagues.com/standings
Divisions of 6 teams will play each other one time.
Divisions of 5 teams will have everyone playing each other once, then an additional game against one team.
Divisions of 7 teams will play five of their six opponents in the first half.
Based on records and divisional parity, the league will realign divisions for the second half of the season. Ideally, there will be very few changes to the alignment in the second half if teams within the division are competitive with one another.
The first week of the schedule will be out by Tuesday with the rest of the schedule out shortly thereafter.
