All players must have a waiver form filled out in order to participate in their games. Any team that has a player participate without a waiver will have their game forfeited.
How do you know if your team has their waivers filled out? Click on your schedule and next to any game you will see a small square icon beside the "score" of the game. Click on the icon to view the game card used by the officials. Cross check the names on your roster with the names on the game card. Anyone not on the game card needs a waiver form! Please ensure all your teammates have their waivers completed by Wednesday (April 15th) to ensure they can play this weekend.

Please allow 24 hours for the waivers to be inputted.
