Booster Juice is once again sponsoring a weekly sportsmanship award given to the player in the PIT who best exemplifies sportsmanship, camaraderie and fair play on the field. We salute the players who make the game more fun for others and put the spirit of recreational sports ahead of wins and losses!
Andrew Kochan put up 31 points and had an interception on the first weekend of Spring for Ninjas In Paris. Andrew is currently second in Division 4 scoring and the Ninjas' leader in that category. Beyond the big stats Ninjas in Paris should be commended for both their fair play on the field and their gentlemanly nature with our PIT Crew and referees. Teams can definitely learn a thing or two from these guys about the right way to carry yourselves on the field...little surprise that these guys will also be the future physicians of Manitoba as they make their way through Med School with a little R & R from studying by playing in the PIT!
