Awesome night at Boston Pizza just finished winding down. The draft was a huge success and it looks like this may be the way to go for future seasons of Masters! Lots of beers drank and some great stories swapped.
The Frankford Yellow Jackets had the first overall pick and chose Rick Morand a multi-tooled weapon that can play on both the offense or defense. This roster will try to repeat as champions: http://pit.redzoneleagues.com/teams/17509-frankford-yellow-jackets

The Dayton Triangles rounded out the opening round by selecting Jacques Peloquin with their first selection. Something about a french connection between QB and his gun show WR. Why Triangles? This roster will try to find out: http://pit.redzoneleagues.com/teams/17511-dayton-triangles
Other highlights - Jason Gibbons working on a sign and trade that brought Jarred Skolnik into the Tonawanda fold. The legality of this trade was upheld by The Commissioner who was on hand to ensure that players were not traded for beer or pizza.
Biggest draft drop: Jon Franklin was selected near the bottom of the draft. Apparently failing the pre-draft sobriety test really hurt his draft stock.
Biggest draft gain: Jennifer Keith was selected in the fourth round, two round heads ahead of Jon Franklin. The Yellow Jackets cited Jennifer's 40 time (3 seconds faster than Jon) as the deciding factor to draft her well ahead of many of her peers.
