On Monday March 27th the PIT will institute its second ever draft. The first draft went season 1 when we had a free agent draft that yielded three teams, we will do the same this year for our Masters Division in the Spring. The draft is a great way to bring people together to have a good time, socialize, have a drink - the hallmarks of the Masters Division! Listed below are the rules for the draft:
Start time: 730pm Boston Pizza St. James Ave – get your beers!
Draft start time: 8:00pm
Masters Draft Rules:
First three rounds player names will be disclosed.
Remaining 3-4 rounds order of selection will not be disclosed – team captains will move to a separate area to draft the players.
Draft order will be decided by division quarterback typically plays. The quarterback who plays in the least competitive division will have the first pick overall.
Linear draft format (1-2-3, 1-2-3) not a snake draft (1-2-3-3-2-1)
Most important: Socialize, have fun! Collect shirts.
The Masters Division begins this upcoming weekend!
