The PIT sends its condolences out to the family and friends of Doug Spilchuk who recently passed away as a result of his fight with cancer at the young age of 53. Doug played with the league from 2009 to 2015 before falling ill, alternating his time between Rampage and the Snipers. Prior to playing in the PIT Doug had a long career with the Heat in the Elite Division of the WTFL. We wish his family all of the best, the football community is saddened by this loss and for many it won't be the same playing with Doug no longer being involved.
