I've played in this league and others for a while now. If you have ever caught a TD pass and thought "wow that was too easy" it probably meant I was covering you. Anywho, Im divorced and during the process of getting divorce I kind of ran my mouth and said "I'm going to have a divorce social" I said a lot of other things too, but I was drunk and don't really remember.
Well I'm a man of my word and so I am hosting Manitoba's first ever Divorce Social in support of the Huntington's Society of Canada. Why support them. Because my ex-wife currently suffers from it and potentially my girls will as well. Its time to do something about this (and maybe this being single thing too).
There will be a silent auction, food, drinks, music, dancing and Manitoba's own Legion of Liquor has agreed to play a set. It will be a great night.
