Are you like me?

Booted from the outdoor playoffs but not willing to wait til indoor season starts?

Looking to stay in shape, or even to practice some touch football fundamentals? Want to play QB but need some reps?

Consider yourself invited to our regular pickup game. Once known as "Tardball," this pickup football game, with its own quirky set of rules, has been running every autumn for 20 years. We play one-hand touch, self-governed, and those who wish to show off or be amazing athletes are quickly shown the door. This is for fun and exercise. The CFL does not send scouts to the game.

All are welcome, including first-time players. Come to the corner of Jessie and Wentworth (La Verendrye School) at 1:00 every Sunday. We play every Sunday until the ground is frozen.

To reiterate: this is a fun pickup game with good guys and gals. If you want to bring an attitude, you can go somewhere else.

Cheers
Jeff
